This was my breakfast. A high calorie smoothie with my last watermelon of the year, unfortunately. I love watermelon, so hydrating and sweet but only not in summer. From now on they will rather taste watery. Anyways, I eye- measured this smoothie so if you want to try it, just use as much as you like from whatever. It's rather about the taste at this point, and what I used.

One chopped banana, half an avocado, 15 dates or so, a cup of soy yoghurt and some watermelon. Mix it up and it's ready in 10 seconds. Enjoy. This literally filled me up until dinner. It was creamy and sweet and sooo tasty! Anyone has to try, I am so amazed by it.

I am going to invite you to have a look at what I ate this Tuesday :) At the end I will also have the recipe for my egg- muffin that I made with my vegan egg substitute.

But I got creative at night after all the work was done. Before I went vegan I did not understand the sense of eggs. They tasted rather dull to me. But since I discovered the vegan egg substitute I get all excited for things like omelets or this spinach- egg- muffin. 

Below I give you the recipe so you'll be able to try it yourself. If your not vegan, you surely can you eggs as well.

Good news for all of you who like sushi. Nothing evolutionally but we do not have to restrict down to one of the most beautiful foods in this world! With "we" I mean the raw vegans of the world. Of course everyone can make this kind of sushi and make them the way they want it. It's a recipe for everyone, it's easy, quick and inexpensive. Most of all though, it's healthy.

I am talking about homemade sushi. For everything I paid 12 € which you would easily pay for a portion as well but out of the money I paid, I got much more out of it by using not even half of what I bough.

Welcome to the next post on What I eat as a vegan. I've been cooking my ass off lately and I am loving it. I honestly could spend all day staring there and prepare all the meals for the next year. I am a but in a cooking / baking marathon. 

My family and friends certainly don't complain about that now. 

And for the first time ever I was craving a pizza so I decided to make this beautiful cauliflower pizza which was a little challenge for me. But I loved the challenge and made it, enjoyed it and went to bad a very happy girl.
