Hello Everyone!



I feel like my eating has been very weird, I just haven't been feeling that hungry this week, maybe because of my wisdom teeth still hurting, stress in school or hard challenges I was giving myself this week in terms of food.
But I didn't want to miss out and wanted to share still. 

Breakfast


There were mangos in stock and one was sold for 1 €. I had to! For breakfast I had this lovely little fruit salad of 3/4 of a mango, half a pear and some nuts and raisins with juice. 

Snack One


Breakfast wasn't big or rich and I was better with liquids this week. I introduced smoothies to my diet the last two weeks and I rather have one of those at the moment than food but that is because chewing hurts too much right now. As a snack I had the remaining 1/4 mango and a green juice like in my recipe here

Lunch


I am getting creative with my salads (one good thing about a hurting wisdom tooth is that you try out new things) I had spinach leaves, cut tomatoes and cucumber and zoodles (for my usual cut zucchini, I need to have them in my life but in cuts they are too hard of consistency.) Some lime juice and check, yummy lunch.

Snack Two


We have a bake stand at school almost every week so I bake almost every week as well and this is what I made this week and also had a little spice of that. It's the Creme Cake Bread from yesterday's post here.
So lovely and a healthy, non alcoholic choice of Kinders "Milchschnitte" + Vegan.

Dinner


To make a softer choice for dinner I had rice (not the best idea but it was good anyways and the second challenge of the day and some sautéed carrots, potatoes and sprouts. I ate all of the veg and a bit of the rice. It was honestly very good and I wished I was able to eat more.

I hope you liked it and next week will hopefully go better but considering this teeth will get out very soon, I think it'll all work out.

    1. Ja mach ich :) Aber nur noch Grundrisse, nicht mehr so konkret wie vor einem Jahr. Den Rest improvisiere ich dazu :)
