My Fitness Workout Motivation - Tips
23:00Hello Everyone!
Today I am going to talk about a topic that has become very important to me in the last few months. Fitness. I wanted to do a little more in that department of life as I recognized that I sit more rather than move around during the day. And I didn't like that fact. Also my horoscope recommended some exercising to relax more and forget the stress, so I tried it out and the after effects are amazing!
Though, after a certain period of sitting your body gets used to it and lazy. So even the thought of working out is exhaustion a f .
So my first tip is to actually google the reasons as to why to get fit!
Second tip would be look up motivational quotations that make you want to get off the chair and run around and be very active.
Here is one that I liked a lot
Print them out, make a collage and visible so they work on you, have an effect and help you get off you ass!
Third tip
make your self playlists that make you feel good while moving around and that make you happy. I always dancing music if I do cardio exercise like roller blading ....
"Burn" — Ellie Goulding
"The Rockafeller Skank" — Fatboy Slim
"Welcome to the Jungle" — Guns N' Roses
"On to the Next One" — Jay Z
"Daft Punk Is Playing at My House" — LCD Soundsystem
"Money Saves" — Delta Spirit
"Can't Hold Us Down" — Macklemore & Ryan Lewis
"Cheers (Drink to That)" — Rihanna
"Dark Horse" — Katy Perry
"Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now)" — C+C Music Factory
... or some chillier, relaxing notes if I do yoga, stretching, etc.

Fourth Tip
Chose the exercise you want to do. For that point brainstorm, what sports do you like? Tennis, swimming, yoga, pilates, running? Choose a few so you can mix it up and don't get bored.
I chose mainly yoga and pilates, ballet, roller blading. I highly recommend watching videos or order some books online so you actually know what your doing and what it is for. For example I thought yoga poses are for strength but they actually are for meditation as well! Through books I learned steps in how to do them properly and what I did wrong before.
For skating I learned the interval training technique which was so helpful.
Fifth Tip: Teach yourself about your sports.
This is me trying some newly learned yoga poses
and skating a bit.
Sixth Tip
Write down some workouts, that will not only give you a routine but also more motivation and some me time when writing it down! You can get creative and pin them on your wall so they remind you every day that you wanted to do something for yourself.
Seventh Tip
Now you do not need to work out every day, give yourself and your body a few days off a week to heal and charge up again. If you do not feel like working out, don't push yourself. You need to learn to listen to your body though in dividing being lazy or being exhausted. In the beginning you will more likely be lazy but after you have gotten into a routine that fits for yourself it gets easier in figuring that out.
Eighth Tip
Now you need to get a routine, for me it works if I work out about 2-3 times a week which is mostly on the weekends in the mornings! Doing my workouts in the morning makes me more happy and powerful because I already concurred a days aim as well as the "hard part" of the day is already over. I do not have much time during the week so I'll do it on the weekends. Whatever works best for you, just do it, try it out and then stick to it.
So these are the tips that helped me, I feel great with it and I hope I was able to give you also some advice. Tell me, are you very active and if so what sports do you do?
