Vegan Creme Cake Bread

Ingredients for 9-10 pieces
Für den Teig:
200 g flour
60 g cocoa powder
80 g soft vegan plant butter
2 tbsp Soy flour
2 tbsp Backpulver
little salt
250 ml Soymilk
For the Creme Filling
1 pack soy creme (creme soy is good!)
150 g brown sugar
Instructions
Line 2 9'' baking sheets with baking paper.
15 Minutes plus 8 Minutes Baking- and 15 Minutes cooling time.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C
Mix all the ingredients for the bread (flour, soy milk, cocoa powder, butter, soy flour and salt together using a hand mixer.
Divide the butter in two even pieces and but each on the baking sheets and smooth it down. But it in the oven for 8 minutes each.
For the Creme filling beat the creme until it's hard and put in the sugar and maybe some lemon juice
Now after letting the bread cooling down after baking put the cream on one of the breads and smooth it down. After that put the other bread on top. Cut into pieces and store it in the fridge.
