WIAT - Vegan Food Diary
22:30Hello Everyone!
It's time, it's time for my weekly What I eat in the day as a Vegan. It's been a great week and lately I am doing so well. Everything seems to work out itself lately and I am so happy with that.
Breakfast
I have my usual coffee in my lovely Nemo mug from my Christmas present last year #childhooddreams
I also had one of my lovely granola bars again I made with cherries this time and a clementine with really big grapes.
Snack One
For a snack I had my second granola bar with some raisons and additional pumpkin seeds.
Lunch
For lunch I wasn't that hungry because the granola bars were so filling. I went for a plate of organic carrots and some very amazing brussel sprouts.
Snack Two
For my afternoon snack I had the rest of my carrots and a pepper bell. I had already eaten half before I realized I wanted to picture it. Carrots are awesome I discovered and so good for your !
Dinner
And for dinner I had the most epically bowl of steamed cauliflower, broccoli and the rest of the brussel sprouts with half of the cucumber.
Looking at the photos I get all weary again because I really enjoyed all of those meals.
